“My husband found The Nest as I was 40 weeks pregnant and trying everything and anything to avoid induction. I ended up with 3 appointments that 40th week, two with Julie and one with Shelbi....I did end up having to be induced at 42 weeks but I was able to have a safe, non epiduralized labor and only pushed for about 15 minutes! I can't say with 100% certainty that the acupuncture caused this to happen but I am certain it helped me relax and go into the induction feeling good. I will definitely go back for baby number two!”

Jen Paschen, founder of The Nest, has created a practice providing nurturing care for fertility and postpartum to menopause and everything in between. The Nest is not only a specialty clinic, we are a resource for patients as well as other healthcare providers.

Jen is well-known throughout Chicago for her innovative approach to integrative fertility medicine, pregnancy, and childbirth preparation. She works collaboratively with reputable fertility clinics and reproductive endocrinologists in order to help patients prepare for IUI/IVF, and embryo transfer.
