Overview

The Nest will submit coded superbills directly to insurance providers for services rendered in an effort to assist patients in receiving the maximum benefit on claims submitted. Please be aware that payment is due in full at time of service. Insurance remittance checks will be paid directly to the patient/subscriber. 

Patients will be required to provide us with their insurance card as well as their drivers license or state ID.

For uninsured patients or patients who do not wish to submit to insurance, treatment package options are available for purchase.
