INSURANCE PAGE:
The Nest provides patients with a coded superbill for insurance submission. The Nest is an ‘out-of-network provider’. If your insurance plan covers ‘out-of network acupuncture’, you will be reimbursed by your insurance accordingly. Please be aware that payment is due in full at time of service. Insurance remittance checks will be paid directly to the patient/subscriber.
Patients will be required to provide us with their insurance card as well as their drivers license or state ID.
For uninsured patients or patients who do not wish to submit to insurance, treatment package options are available for purchase.
